Introduction
Samrajyaa and Company was founded in 1998, as a captive machine shop, to provide Ferrous Machined Components satisfying low to medium volume requirements of Iron Castings.
Starting with 2 CNC machines, the company has grown to a capacity of 24 CNC machines, catering to wide range of industries including Agriculture, Automotive, Flow Control, Hydraulics, Locomotives, Off Highway and Trucking Industry.
The Company is located in Coimbatore, Southern India and has two manufacturing locations : Production Unit at SF No 34, 35, Coimbatore – Pollachi Highway, Mullipadi , TN -642109, India and Hi-Tech Unit at SF No 161/A, Avarampalayam Road, Ganapathy, Coimbatore, TN – 641006, India.
Samrajyaa has a battery of CNC Machines from HMCs, VMCs (3/4/5 axis), VTCs, and HTCs. These machines are complemented with Dimensional Measuring Equipments like CMMs, Digital Measuring Equipment, Tool Presetters etc.
Product Range includes weights from .5 Kgs to 200 Kgs, with volumes ranging from 25 pieces per month to 50,000 pieces per month.
Product Development is a mature and fast process at Samrajyaa, utilizing leading Software like Solid Works for 3D Modelling and EdgeCam for Machining Simulation. Further Workholding designed inhouse include Halder Modular Fixtures, Hydraulic Fixtures and Mechanical Fixtures.
Auxillary Operations include Hydraulic / Pneumatic Pressure Testing, Painting, Millipore Cleanliness Testing.
Samrajyaa is an IATF 16949:2016 company as certified by TUV Nord since 2018. Customers include the World Leaders in Locomotives, Turbo Charging, Hydraulics and Flow Control.
